1.  Talk to Peara crying at the Imper’s mansion at night
2.  PM 10: 30 watch over look [Duran] moves from the watch place
   → Tail to avoid being found.
3. After Duran has moved to near the pedestal, an event occurs when it approaches
4. Win the battle with the Eaga team
5. If you set the gem on the pedestal, the shrine emerges and clears
